Emeritus Professor Dato' Dr Sheikh Omar Abdul Rahman

Chairman & Strategic Advisor

With over 40 years of experience in teaching and research at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Emeritus Professor Dato' Dr Sheikh Omar is a highly respected leader. He has held prestigious positions, including Chairman of the Nobel Laureate Committee, and served as a dean. His extensive expertise in strategic planning, change management and leadership has been applied in both public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. As Chairman and Strategic Advisor of Maverick Intelligence, he provides strategic leadership, governance and long-term direction to support the growth of the MavWise ecosystem.

Dato' Nazri Omar

Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dato' Nazri Omar is the Founder & CEO of Maverick Intelligence, with over 25 years of experience in personal finance, investment, marketing, training and leadership. A Certified Financial Coach (IPMA, UK) with a BBA (Hons) Finance and an MBA, he has empowered individuals and organisations through financial literacy and personal growth. Today, he leads Maverick Intelligence's mission to build innovative education, AI-driven financial solutions and future-ready ecosystems across ASEAN.

Feruze Shuib

Co-Founder & Chief Learning & Innovation Officer (CLIO)

Feruze Shuib is an award-winning international trainer with over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales and organisational development. Formerly with Dale Carnegie Training in Malaysia and Thailand, he has trained executives and teams across Asia and the Middle East. At Maverick Intelligence, Feruze leads innovation in learning, designing practical and impactful programmes that empower educators, professionals and future-ready generations to thrive.

Ahmad Diesharruddin

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Ahmad Diesharruddin leads the technology vision behind Maverick Intelligence and the MavWise ecosystem. He is responsible for software architecture, AI integration, digital platforms and technology innovation, ensuring every solution is designed to deliver practical, scalable and future-ready learning experiences. His passion for technology and innovation drives the development of the future MavWise digital ecosystem, including AI-powered learning, coaching and intelligent financial solutions.
